Liability
In accordance with ISU Rule 119 paragraph 2, the International Skating
Union, the Austrian Speed Skating Association (ASSA) and the Organizing
Committee assume no responsibility or liability for bodily or personal
injury or property loss or damage incurred in connection with the competition.
Each Member is solely responsible for providing insurance coverage with
respect thereto.
Medical insurance
It is the sole responsibility of each Member participating in ISU events
as defined in Rule 107, to provide medical and insurance for their athletes.
Proof of such shall be requested by the Organizing Committee.
